1. Consulting – We consult with International and Local Development Organizations, Non-Governmental Organisations, Educational Institutions, Corporate Institutions to undertake project management, research and introduce appropriate technologies into their programs or projects.
2. Training – We provide IT training programs that boost productivity of staff and project beneficiaries including Digital Literacy, Effective Online Research,  Communication & Presentation Skills, Data Analysis. After each technology installation, a training program is implemented with a user guide for appropriate usage and maintenance of the system. Our strategy has attracted many clients.
3. Needs Assessment – We design appropriate ICT solutions on request preceded by a detailed field or needs assessment process. This ensures that our solutions and recommendations very much addresses the specific need, community aspiration and or project objectives.
4. Installation – We install computing, mobile/sms power solutions and wireless networks for our clients based on tailored solutions often from our needs assessment process.
5. Research – We have and continue to undertake ICT related research for institutions with our portfolio including the European Union Funded FP7 Framework and the UN Associates. We quest to and share our findings and experiences on innovative ICT solutions and their positive impact on humanity by speaking at conferences around the world.
